The CEFA method !

The CEFA method combines over 30 years’ experience in helicopter piloting. Our strength lies in our individualised methodology, so that everyone can develop their skills at their own pace.

Employability programme

The diagram above depicts the career path of an aspiring pilot, from the initial investment phase to the realisation of his or her ambitions, via a complete CPL(H)training course.

At the outset, the financial commitment to enter helicopter pilot training is significant. However, thanks to CEFA’s support, this investment can be fully amortised within a decade. The employment strategy worked out even before completing the training facilitates the management of monthly payments, thus making the transition to the new career more serene.

The central element of the scheme is the upward trajectory of the return on investment. Between the third and seventh year after training, the future pilot occupies functions linked to flight preparation. This gives them the opportunity to apply the skills they have developed, while familiarising themselves with the specifics of the job.

By the seventh year, a crucial milestone is reached: you are ready to lead your own career and work as a professional pilot in the field of your choice. This is where the initial investment really comes into its own. Pilots can now enjoy the life they’ve always dreamed of, able to fly completely independently, on the strength of the confidence and expertise gained during their years of training.

In short, your initial investment will prove to be the prelude to a rewarding and lasting career in flying.
